I have blond hair, blue eyes and white skin and I have senior pictures coming up and most of my outfits are pink what color eye shadow should I wear and how should I wear it?
Coordinate your eye shadow to go with your eye and hair color rather than the color of your clothes. For blue eyes and blonde hair the best looking eye shadow colors are violets and lavenders. Use the violet on the lid and in the crease of the eyelid. Use the lighter color lavender above the crease to the eyebrow bone. What eye shadow colors are best for dark brown eyes? I always find it hard to match an eye shadow for my brown eyes and brow-cinnamon skin color. I have really big eyes, and they are kind of almond like shape, but still I don't know what eye shadows to use..by the way my eye lashes are really long in both the upper lid and the lower part. I use just black-grayish eye shadow as eye liner, and sometimes some emerald or blue also, around the end of my eye, but never in the eyelid ... so could you tell me what kind of colors I could use ....? and some tips ...?
I am wearing a plum color bridesmaids dress and have dark brown color eye. What color of eye shadow should I wear?
Eye shadow should always coordinate with your eyes, not your clothes. So for a dark brown eye color you should use colors such as these:
If the first one, which contains shades of plum/purple, also goes well with your dress, that would be the one I would choose. All shades of purple, from eggplant to lavender, work on brown eyes because it brings out the truest brown color in your irises. If you do not like that color choice for your eyes and dress, then you will have to choose colors in Gold - Orange Category.
Hi Jenna, I have golden blonde hair, dark blue eyes and fair skin. I wear black mascara and eyeliner. I also wear brown/gold eye shadows, but my eyes never seem to pop. What should I wear? Thanks K.
People with blue eyes look best in shades of the following colors:
If you have blue eyes, wear purple, violet, taupe, gray, deep blue, and black. Funky colors include fuchsia, turquoise, and silver. For blue eyes and blond hair the best looking eyeshadow colors are violets and lavenders. Use the violet on the lid and in the crease of the eyelid. Use the lighter color lavender above the crease to the eyebrow bone. Soft browns and tans with sandy or pink/lavender undertones also look very good with blue eyes.
Try using a cream or cream/pink color for your second eye shadow color instead of gold. You may find that you prefer these results better than your gold eye shadow color.
